From continually looking at ways to reduce our electricity usage, to working with local suppliers and reducing our landfill, the need to protect our environment has never been more important.
We are fortunate to be able to support some fantastic local producers of food and drinks. Promoting seasonality and reducing delivery mileage, and to supporting local suppliers like Romney Ale Brewery in our Westfield Bar.
Linking with a local linen provider with a proven sustainability programme that makes them one of Europe’s leaders in cutting edge technology using heat exchangers and water bore holes.
Housekeeping makes use of an eco-friendly range of chemicals and micro fibre clothes, as well as communicating our ‘Going Green’ program. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we do not automatically provide daily housekeeping for stay-over guests. If you would like your room to be serviced., simply let reception know by midday.
Each department is tasked with maximising our recycling, with all food, glass and cardboard being diverted from landfill.
All single use items such a coasters and notepads have been removed from our conference rooms.
