We stock several local bottled beers from Canterbury Brewers including Foundry Man's Gold, Foundry Torpedo, Canterbury Lager and Canterbury Pale Ale.

Canterbury Brewers is a traditional microbrewery based within the city walls of Canterbury. They produce a range of modern, fresh cask-conditioned ales using only the finest quality floor malted barley, hops and yeast available. With their distinctive recipes and beautiful new brewery, they aim to add something different to the ever-growing and vibrant micro-brew scene in Kent.

The brewing is done by Jon Mills and Tom Sharkey after a great deal of training, research and some great help from a number of local micro brewers, allowing them both loose on their brew days.

Located just off Canterbury high street on White Horse Lane, Canterbury Brewers is complemented by its food and drink outlet, The Foundry Brew Pub. This industrial two-storey building, originally a Victorian Foundry, produced cast metal items that went all over the empire. The Brewery can be viewed from the bar where you can sit and watch the production of their fine cask ales and also take the opportunity to sample some of the their other many ales that are on offer either downstairs or in their convivial upstairs area.

Canterbury Brewers debut brews were Foundry Man’s Gold- a golden ale with strong aromas of citrus and elderflower with a subtle, lingering bitterness, Foundry Torpedo- an amber ale with an explosive, crisp finish and Canterbury Brewer's Wheat - a dry, well hopped wheat beer brewed with Cascade hops.
